Toni-Maree Althofer

Licensed Conveyancer

Toni-Maree Althofer
Toni-Maree Althofer is the Principal Licenced Conveyancer of Lime Conveyancing. She has worked in the legal industry since 1992.
After graduating from Macquarie University in Sydney with her Conveyancing Licence in 2012, Toni-Maree made the decision to set up her own business and is also a Justice of the Peace. Her core values are trust, honesty and integrity.
As with many country towns, there was no dedicated Conveyancing Businesses in Mudgee. Toni-Maree saw that as an opportunity to give back to the community and started up Lime Conveyancing with a view to giving the local people an alternative when purchasing or selling property.
From your initial consultation with Toni-Maree, you will be kept up-to-date with all progress regarding your conveyancing matter, either with a phone call, email or text message, whichever you prefer.
Or you can simply drop in to the office at any time. All your questions are welcome, regardless of how simple or complex they seem, after all, this is one of the biggest events in your life.
Toni-Maree was born and raised in Mudgee, she has lived and worked in Mudgee all her life and has life-long friends and business contacts throughout the town.
Lime Conveyancing shares an office with Ian Simpson, a mortgage broker with Smartline. Having your conveyancer and your mortgage broker in the same office can save you from having to trek from office to office during the purchasing process. Organising your finance and your conveyancing from the one location is a huge time saving benefit.
Toni-Maree has built an extensive local network with real estate agents, bankers and other service professionals. Her in-depth knowledge of the area combined with her industry connections enable her to offer a unique and personalised experience for every client.
